GATX SD40-2 2000 (CP Rail 5422) leads two other CP Rail acquired lease locomotives on the Delaware & Hudson near Worcester, NY in October 1994. The second unit, CP 3254 is a high-nose SD40-2 formerly the NS 3254. The final unit CP 672 is an ex KCS unit (KCS 672) later it was renumbered to CP 5417.
